She wasn't prosecuted for any crimes. Her e mail use was found to not be criminal so I think you're the one who's understanding is lacking.

Yes, facts are facts.
1) Hillary sent and received classified information through a private email address - a crime.
2) Kushner didn't. No crime.

It is very easy to understand, you know.

If Hillary wasn't locked up then neither should Kushner be locked up. Either it's both or it's neither.

Not quite.
Either
1) Hillary gets put in jail and Kushner's emails are reviewed to see if he sent classified information.
2) Nothing happens to either.

If option 1 shows that Kushner committed the same crime as Hillary, then the follow-up to option 1 is that he goes to jail too.
