In one way or another; pretty much everything we're seeing are at least the "bastard children" of globalism playing out. I'm not so sure that some of the major players know they are pawns however. No matter, end result same.

Open testing of Nuclear bombs is supposed to be illegal, but that is included in treaties. So if they do openly detonate a nuke, no treaties protect them, the next time we can possibly take action.
