This one....

'Tis but a scratch!

No matter how many times I watch that scene , it leaves me in tears...the neckline of my shirt is wet from the tears of laughter
"I cut your bloody arm off"
"No you didnt."
What is that over there then ?"

I know! I put it on before I linked it, just to have a full on belly laugh.

The bit that really cracks me up is when he has his last leg cut off (no arms or legs left now) and says "All right. We'll call it a draw."

The Salmon Mouse and the Grim Reaper. It took me 30 YEARS to actually buy a can of salmon after watching that scene, but love it anyway!!

Probably "The Spanish Inquisition", "The Argument Clinic", "Crunchy Frog" (too many more to mention) and this one if only for the following exchange:
C: It's not much of a cheese shop, is it?
O: Finest in the district sir!
C: (annoyed) Explain the logic underlying that conclusion, please.
O: Well, it's so clean, sir!
C: It's certainly uncontaminated by cheese.

Obscure personal favourite is the blacksmith scene from Jaberwocky. The chain reaction is awesome.

Well, Monty Python is class. Most of it ages well, but some would cause the PC brigade to faint, like the "Never by rude to an Arab" song and the "We love Chinese" song.

This is a good sketch. From the meaning of life... Death comes to visit... Contains the words

“Shut up, you American! You always talk you Americans! You talk, and you talk, and you say “let me tell ya something” and “I just wanna say this”! Well you’re dead now, so shut up”!

And

“Quiet Englishman. You’re all so f#cking pompous! None of you have got any balls”!

The truth about how the media covers elections.

Or how about the truth regarding organized religion.

One can learn quite a bit about how the real world works from MP.
