Trump Plans Military Parades for Independence Day on Pennsylvania Avenue

Inspired by the French Bastille Day tradition, US President Donald Trump has said he may begin holding a military parade on Pennsylvania Avenue for America’s Independence Day celebrations, beginning next July.

Thank you Mr. President, you have been hearing my pleas for parades and demonstrations of our badass machinery. This is a good morale booster that shows commitment to the defense of our people and a good display as a deterrant to our rivals. Im always so jealous when other countries demonstrate their capabilities to their civilian population in the form of festive patriotic displays and parades, so it is good that POTUS is thinking about the regular people and giving us the opportunity to take pictures and interact with our warriors and their equipment.

Now if only he takes my suggestion for a live fire demonstration in the Grand Canyon, now that would be a blowout spectacle worth paying to see!

I think a Military Christmas Parade down Pennsylvania Ave would be appropriately stellar.

Oh most definitely! A pointless display of military hardware to people it won't be used on is surely a good way of spending wasting tax dollars that could be used for more useful and possibly even humane things. Feeding the hungry, helping the homeless, healing the sick, etc, etc.

God forbid we have a national parade-showing all of America-including our should be proud of military might.

I really love that painting. And watching a MOAB from the distance go off in the Grand Canyon would be awesome, followed by some nice MLRS and Howitzers firing super fireworks shells and end it all in nice WP deployment on the Horizon.

Oh it will be glorious. No DU though, Im not really a fan of that. Unless they actually want to bring in the warthog and use it on decommissioned armor, i can live with that.

Russia
and maybe a few other countries if they are interested.
