I once met a "white witch" that claimed she and her friends stopped a tropical storm with their minds.This witch also claimed her thoughts were being controlled by US satellites, Go figure.

I am going to say this as gently -- but as firmly -- as I can: Don't invoke magic that you don't understand... you have no idea of the harm you may cause.

Presume that you were successful in this effort. You cannot destroy the energy of the storm. At the absolute best, you can only transform the energy. Into what? Where? How? When? And since you fail to incorporate the "do no harm" tenet into your spell, we must also ask who is going to be harmed by this redirected -- and very powerful -- energy???

You have absolutely no idea. And you do not have either the wisdom or the authority to manipulate such powerful forces to begin with. Much less in ways that can and very likely will affect others in the most devastating ways. You will create chaos and havoc and most likely cause far more harm than letting Mother Nature and the Laws of Nature do their job.

The people in harm's way would be far better served if you accepted and respected the nature of the beast, then directed your spiritual efforts to the best possible outcome for all... in other words, not YOUR will, but DIVINE will... and your physical efforts to contribute materially to their immediate and future needs. A few thoughts on modifying hurricanes.

One of the things about a storm like Harvey or Irma, is that it has a spirit and it is a "she".

With huricanes, (cyclones, typhoons) you have a feminine spirit that is fill of tension and all she wants to do is ground out that tension.

In a way, one could say that a "level" of Nature has an excess of tension and a storm developes to ground the tension on a "lower" level.

My "science" is sketchy, but to understand what I mean is like this; think of a thunderstorm and picture the electrical tension building up and then manifesting as lightening bolts - grounding.

A hurricane is really just a girl full of tension and all she wants to do is relieve herself and feel normal. She wants to destroy . . .

If weather modification is not done properly with a view to relieving tension, then just dissipating storms will probably lead to creating bigger storms, or worse.
