Kimchi and soju...

I thought we just established we don't want nuclear fallout?!?

None needed.

A few Rods Of God on their command bunkers can take care of that quickly.

Rods of God?

Should I Google it or is this a term I'm unaware of?

Edit to Add: I chose Google..

ROG: This technology is very far out--in miles and years. A pair of satellites orbiting several hundred miles above the Earth would serve as a weapons system. One functions as the targeting and communications platform while the other carries numerous tungsten rods--up to 20 feet in length and a foot in diameter--that it can drop on targets with less than 15 minutes' notice.
source

If so-called "Rods from God"--an informal nickname of untraceable origin--ever do materialize, it won't be for at least 15 years. Launching heavy tungsten rods into space will require substantially cheaper rocket technology than we have today. But there are numerous other obstacles to making such a system work. Pike, of GlobalSecurity.org, argues that the rods' speed would be so high that they would vaporize on impact, before the rods could penetrate the surface. Furthermore, the "absentee ratio"--the fact that orbiting satellites circle the Earth every 100 minutes and so at any given time might be far from the desired target--would be prohibitive.

Wow!

Communist China and Communist North Korea. People's Republics. Make no mistake. North Korea is China's sword.

What ? Do you realize at start the only country to push for and recognize NK ?
Hint: It wasnt China.
In fact one could say it was set up to have China flanked .

NK = a harmless enemy?

It is America who has always been a threat to N. Korea and not the other way around. The US has been threatening; pointing close range missiles at; imposing sanctions; and engaging in covert war against North Korea for the past 70 yrs.

Again: To allow propaganda to insinuate our lives and to go unchallenged is to remain devoutly ignorant. I *Face Palm* when some allow ignorance to become built into the syntax of acceptable thought...

Im afraid I agree....You cant really blame North Korea for thinking the USA wants to obliterate them, now can you?

How many troops and Military bases and nuclear weapons does North Korea have on nearly every continent on Earth?

Thats right....None! Only one country in the World has that.....guess?

Besides, Rodman just sent him a dvd of "The Interview" and "Team America".....No wonder the little guy is Pee'd off.

Send Rodman....he will fix it all.

I think it is very Clear now what this mess is all about. This is not actually about NK but, about China and the US.

NK is actually a trumph card for the US, so that the US can get its allies onboard With sanctions on China. The US have NK as a argument now to force what ever sanctions they see fit to put on China.

I think we are going to see a shift pritty soon that will guid Our attention in that direction. It looks like that this is one of the actions that are being prepared. The other is that the US have gotten SK and Japan to invest in their military capabilities and to buy more military hardware from the US. This is probably already taking Place.

In the future we will see NK becomming a closer allie of China and Russia. China will need NK as a allie now more then ever. China would probably need a much more capable NK as well. So what i see is that as the US put sanctions on China bit by bit, we will see China becomming more friendly With NK.

We will also see Australia beefing up their military capabilities as well.

If the US have plans to bully a superpower like China, the US would need to beef up its allies in Asia. China would have to do the same. For the US to do this they need a political argument, and non other fits the profile better than NK and Kimmy.

Personally. I also think the US have a hand in why NK have had such great progress With their ICBM capability. There is a rumor going arround that after the Ukraine mess a few years ago. Missile bosters have some odd way managed to make its way from Ukraine to NK. This would not have happened unless the US have given its OK.

The US needed this to happen so that NK could become the political argument the US needed to put future sanctions on China.

I was thinking about the fallout and residual radiation when I first heard of the latest test. NK surface detonated a fairly powerful nuke just 15 miles from a populated area. The prevailing wind patterns are not favorable for dispersing radiation safely. As much as L'il kimmy likes to think he is a god of some kind, even he has to know the laws of physics will not bend to his will. Radiation is going to leave his country and become someone else's problem. I can't imagine that being met with kind words and congratulations.

I don't see much help from China en.wikipedia.org... But as the British split the atom, helped the Americans build the first bombs then the Americans kept the technology and kept the British exempt from the knowledge of the further work at los alamos it depends how far you want to go back

When the history of what America did to them and present geopolitical dynamics are weighed: No, one cannot blame North Korea for developing its military and increasing its defence infrastructure.

How many troops and Military bases and nuclear weapons does North Korea have on nearly every continent on Earth?

In relation to USA vs. DPRK only: America has *fifteen military bases* in South Korea with weapons of mass destruction aimed directly at North Korea. Also, America has TWO bases right on the North Korean border plus another base close by in the Korean peninsula.

North Korea has no warships circling the coast of America; no bases stationed on its borders; and is not pressuring the global community, specifically its neighbouring nations, to impose unfair economic sanctions.

If any country in this world needs 'taken out' maybe we should look at the country that has been invading other countries almost continously since WWII.

It wouldn't surprise me if the CIA was somehow involved with lil kim and his nuclear program.

Wouldn't be the 1st time the good ole US of A has armed a country to then declare it a threat and invade would it?
------------------

Before that then yes would have been some of the european countries as they invaded everywhere but for the last century or so it's the USA that has been the world bully boy
