Its the most efficient plan. All we need is for the government to simply step out of the way. Everyone wants to make a living (including doctors), and they cant do that if no one can afford their services. It would not take long to reach equilibrium at all.

The last time I helped a senior citizen in Kane county look for a Medicare OB-GYN was in the Fall of 2015. She had to go to Cook county..where Chicago is located.

If I'm asked again by another Kane county female senior citizen, I'll remember that Phage found one.
