I think that's a tease.

I don't see it on the above photo.

May be futur penetrating counter air concept , after the 6th gen fighter concept ?
Remember this video and the shadow at the end www.youtube.com... look a lot like the mystery flying wing on the office.

NGs Vice President of R&D displays models of active classified programs in his office. give me a break
Models are dime in a dozen. They probably have warhouses full of this stuff at this point.

Yeah, anxious to see what zaphod has to say. Also, wish Boomer was around here still. Would be curious to hear what he thinks as well

there is no reference point to tell how big the model is, and it fits the sighting well

May be its the start of a plane coming in the grey/white world , starting to show a model in a office and years after show it on the ramp ? Great looking like the Amarillo with the diffraction.

You know, I'm no expert in aviation I love reading the threads here on ATS but I did consider this what your wrote. When I saw the image it made me think of two things. Either someone messed up and didn't remove the models when the photo was taken or they have released the pic with the models as a teaser. Maybe something is slowly being released into the grey area and drip feeding aviation enthusiasts. One can only wish in a few years we can get a glimpse of what's being developed

Oh and I thought I'd add the pic from the article to help others out

I'm really curious as to what the models are of .. 1st and 3rd from the left and the 3rd and 4th from the right on the top shelf are

Edit: I really want that model of the B2 he is holding

Zaph has been busy having A Day and has been busy contemplating all the places he would love to put a truck through all day today.

Nelloh - The wing tip of the B-2 model is on the right side of the photo where he has the guitar so I'm guessing that's a different angle of the 6th gen model. They just rearranged his desktop during the photo shoot.

a reply to: Zaphod58 ha my reply was a tongue in cheek comment we all appreciate that he (you, I'm getting the impression that reply wasn't from Zaph himself) can be busy but I always have a sneeky suspicious the he/you doesn't always want to say something in a thread

Anyways will look forward to your comments when you get the time, god id hate to be someone on demand on this forum.

I've looked at it on the phone, but it's hard to be sure with the low detail. I'll comment after I eat and can look on the laptop. It's been a long day, and the BS has been deep.
