Yes, China are reporting that the second was a "cave-in" or "collapse."
If you notice, the focus is always on Kim Jong himself being the threat. Not the regime... like we hear with Iran.
Get rid of Kim Jong. Very easy to do!

Reading now its 1 Megaton.
China are reporting that the second was a "cave-in" or "collapse."
The extreme heat and pressure of an underground nuclear explosion causes changes in the surrounding rock. The rock closest to the location of the test is vaporised, forming a cavity. Farther away, there are zones of crushed, cracked, and irreversibly strained rock. Following the explosion, the rock above the cavity may collapse, forming a rubble chimney. If this chimney reaches the surface, a bowl-shaped subsidence crater may form.

Maybe the second one was our actual strike? We could already be at war and not even know it.

Id go with first possibly a strike. Second either a collapse or even a second strike.

Maybe no nukes exploded. But something went boom big time. Its all speculation until we hear what rumors are going around about what the sats saw.
