Voting changes nothing-

If anybody was ever in doubt the last 6 months should have sealed it. On all substantive matters the direction of the US is now placed beyond the influence of the public.

Sanders would have fared no better than trump in changing anything important that the establishment didn't want changed. The precise avenues of attack would be different but the outcome would be the same.

The existing system will continue until it collapses, no course corrections will be allowed.

I guess you woke up to the Corporate Oligarchy.

The guy is right at least as to the Federal Government. Voting is pointless and nothing changes at the Federal level. All you are doing in voting at the Federal level is legitimizing their process. I still vote however in the State and local races.

Really, once you internalize this, it sort of makes everything else irrelevant.
