I have an ever better idea...Electrify all the remaining statues and place a fence around them warning of electrocution....Make the voltage strong enough to kill/cause harm......Then sit back and let natural selection take it's course!!!

They already have a form of this in cemeteries . You scan the grave marker, and you get all types of info of the dearly departed. Trust me Cowboy, if folks like you & I think of it........someone somewhere else already has. In 1991 I told my daughters teacher at open house that they need a "remote finder button" on the T.V. sets like cordless phones do. Why would anyone want to "defeat" people who want to tear down statues?

For that matter, why would anyone want to "defeat" people who want to leave statues standing?

Seems to me this should be up to the locals to figure out amongst themselves.

The only reason everyone cares all of a sudden is because a bunch of White Supremacists showed up with tiki torches, acting like a-holes.

We shouldn't make fun of speech impediments.

Nothing stops racism like forming team minded groups of people who hate each other, and that will go to great links to destroy each other. I guess the app sounds like a good money making scheme. But ultimately falls short of any compensation for the dismantling of American history. To an extent I understand the frustration and pain of people who want these landmarks destroyed. But where does it stop? Perhaps rebuilding America with white slave labor?
