Now im 40. At 33 i started hearing voices.
What im saying is ive been beat up my whole life.

Meditate, go to the gym, or for a run, take a blood test for any deficiencies, and make sure you have a balanced diet.

This will change your life. I say this as a mental health sufferer.

Dont let the violence of the past determine what kind of person you will be later in life, im 42 and came from a very violent background family wise, if you need to talk to someone just send me a private msg.

My point is i have a dictator in my head daily. Im not here seeking help. But i have ways of getting my dictator angry. I guess dictators really do give themselves a rough time.

I spend time in Montauk every weedend, at camp hero specifically to walk my dog I don't hear any voices, I think. I was born out here, and live like 20 minutes from the base.

im drug free i just drink sometimes. Flush that.
