Not sure how quitting the biggest job in politics less than a year since he started would be saving face , Of the many things I think Donald Trump is a quitter isn't one of them.

I second that. Not sure on what planet "I can't do this job so I quit" equates to saving face in any way.

Glad you mentioned it was the man that co-authored his book.

If I remember correctly, he's been mad at DT for years and harbors a deep grudge. So, my thoughts? Meh.

What the majority thinks does not matter much at all, since Gerrymandering is what got him into office at all.

He'll be here for at least 4 years because it will take at least that long to deal with the Gerrymandering issue.

It's really too bad, having a toddler in the white house...

I think a deal is gonna be struck where they will ignore the russia bit and the financial crimes of the trump and kurshner families if he will just get the heck out of the white house. they will use some kind of well, he's was mentally unfit for the job or the job was just too stressful for him or something. this will free the investigative agencies to look into what is the most important aspect of that investigation, just what the heck was russia doing and how, and maybe cutting that enterprise off. and trump will get to leave office still a great businessman, but not really that great of a president.
and, it will put pence into office, who while not my favorite politician in the least will at least be able to get us moving in some direction.. I might not like the direction, but it's better than stagnation.

Apparently something big is about to drop that will crush the russian narrative once and for all. Suddenly this drivel pops up. Coincidence?

Pretty standard. Trump hires people and says they are the best on the planet. Then they disagree and are thrown under the bus and vilified on twitter. Can't say I can blame the guy for harboring a grudge.

OH..the book Trump could write! Would be the best seller in the history of the world.

Speaking of books.. Hillary has one coming out this week that's making all the Democrats angry. It's entitled, "What Happened To Me."

When Trump is gone we will still have the left vs right or right vs left paradigm. I don't really see much getting done for the public either way. Having all these sheeple running around doesn't help much either.

What exactly has Trump done/is doing that is so bad? I don't watch the news sorry.

I don't get the hate?

Trump has a chance to hold on the the presidency. He needs to win back respect and support of the majority of the US citenzery. A great start would be to stop insulting his own party members and business leaders on twitter.

Trump never had the respect and support of a majority of the US Citizenry and he'll certainly win it back, since, obviously he never had it in the first place.

Trump's resignation would be the very best thing that could possibly happen for the white middle class, many of whom were his supporters. If he doesn't resign soon, the alt-Left and their MSM cheerleaders are going to take this whole thing down. They're focused like a laser beam on destroying the white middle class in the US and the longer Trump stays in office the more intense their efforts will be. The only way to lessen that intensity is for Trump to resign. That would at least give the white middle class some time, some breathing space to shore up their financial situation.

The only way for a president to survive is to be part of the deep state/political machine, have a hit list of political opponents who die in mysterious accidents, or have so much blackmail material against them they keep their mouths shut. Obviously Trump does not qualify for any of that, and thus you have the situation we're in now.

I'm not saying they do - if they did I'm sure they would've already used it. However, if they can't find anything they will manufacture it.

Maybe it's like jumping out of a car before it goes off a cliff. Like, sure, you're gonna get banged up no matter how well you tuck-and-roll but... it's better than exploding at the bottom of the cliff like all your passengers.

I'm guessing he made sure everybody else was buckled in securely though, lol.

HAHAHA, I said the same thing about Obama curing cancer and the haters still hating.

That's hilarious.
