I have seen deflection, excuses and denial about how a young woman got killed when it is obvious to see what happened.

Not rushing to judgement isn't deflection or excuses. It's wisdom guided by experience. Now, if we had reports of him yelling "damn jews!" out his window as he plowed into the crowd, we could rush to judgement as we'd have plenty of information to know intent and motive.

So you are just happy to let 100's of Nazi's roam around the street, what if it was outside your house.
