Back down? A hydrogen bomb test and how many missile launches since Trump got all smack-talk on him? Not really a text book backing-down now is it. Not to mention, China has been putting a great deal of pressure on NK. If anything, Trump's fire-and-fury bloviation did nothing but exacerbate a bad situation.
