I just think it's strange that they'd say it's political correctness that prevents cases involving immigrants, even though the article itself is about immigrants who were actually caught and arrested. In other words, the only cases that seem to actually be stopped in their tracks are the cases against the high level politicians and other powerful people, not the cases against immigrants.

It's the informants who are reluctant, not the authorities.
