Ugh wish I wasn't having to get ready for work right now. Funny just scanning the list of names, the one that popped out to me was Burl Ives. If it is the same man I'm thinking of. What the heck is he doing on there?

Smedley Darlington Butler, a true American hero. A United States Marine Corps major general twice decorated Medal of Honor and a name that definitely captures my attention. A man who has garnered much respect. After reading, "The Plots Against the President: FDR, A Nation in Crisis, and the Rise of the American Right", I feel that the apparent current crises America is now facing is nothing compared to what was happening back in the 1930-40. It certainly put things into perspective for me.
