Here's where I disagree with you. I don't think she will run again. She is almost 70 years old. She would be over 75 during the next election. I don't think anyone is willing to support her. She will definitely lose the under 40 crowd. The democrats will be looking for new blood to energize their agenda.

The DNC needs to get the "Hillary" stigma off their backs.

Newsmax is one of Rupert Murdoch's.

Not only will it show there nominee was guilty, but it also hurts their case against Trump, as it makes Comey seem like an idiot.

To the same people who dedicated line after line to explaining why firing Comey didn't matter because it wasn't like Comey had an active part in the investigation? Besides, Comey got canned and an independent counsel was appointed. It's Mueller's investigation to lead.

It would also vindicate Trump decision in firing Comey.

It should be the start of a full investigation into corruption not only by Comey, but the entire FBI that worked on this case. It would be clear that their investigation with things such as throwing out immunity to everyone, and allowing Huma to sit in with Hillary during her talks with the FBI among many other things were inept at best and corrupt at worst.

Shouldn't this article also launch an investigation into who from the DoJ is leaking to reporters? Anyway, if the source is to be believed, the implication is that the investigation turned up enough for a case.

I'm hoping this is true. With Clinton held to account, Trump would lose his favorite prop and Trump supporters would lose their favorite deflection.

Yes there should be an investigation into all of these leaks, no problem there. I am not even sure that there was a leak here though; the story sounds so crazy it may just be made up. Or not, I don't know.

As far as Hillary, there would be no loss of deflection for Trump.

He would easily then be able to point out how almost every single main stream news source was in the bag for her, and sought to excuse her crimes. And on how the FBI is inept, etc.

And he would be right.

Maybe we'll get lucky and both Hillary AND Trump will go down. Effectively burning the DNC and GOP to the ground. Hopefully then we can get back to a point where politicians actually represent their constituents instead of just toeing the party line.

Better watch out when the MuckityMucks 'cop' to anything it is usually some lowly type crap and this is done to show Us "Serfs" that anyone is open to getting prosecuted. Just if it were You. You'd receive a longer sentence and stiffer fine. If it were Me, I'd get 'extra time' because I'm retired from Law Enforcement so I should know better (oh that and I wouldn't squeal on anyone else..)

These folks will also get a "Clean Slate" on other crimes that 'may' have been perpetrated by the Defendant.. Would this be the same Mrs. Clinton that is 'reported' to be behind numerous murders of political opponents or folks who 'may' be able to provide testimony later on in any upcoming case(s)..

"Many" times folks with the financial means can 'stall' the justice system..

I think they've been keeping it quite about the possibility she has been under house arrest for some time now.

At least the actresses can get work when she "appears" in public lately.

I think the democrats are already trying to move on from Hillary. But know doubt this would hurt them.

If Trump goes down, the never Trump neo con's like Evan McMullen will slip right in, tell everyone "I told you so" and go right back to nation building wars and lying about repealing Obama care and enforcing immigration laws.

Articles out of News Max rarely come to fruition. Last I knew Hillary isn't even under indictment so how can there be a plea bargain? I think this would be breaking news across cable and network if it were true.
