Obama had his orders and he followed them just like every president since JFK has regardless of what party they were/are affiliated with.

Because Obama was the man behind it, and represented the democrat party. Yes many republicans were glad to help him because they are turncoats but this is all about Obama.

I see both parties are to blame. Republicans allowed doctors to charge what they like. Doctors justified their high prices because of the cost of going to med-school. Med-school justified their high fees on how much doctors can earn. Insurance companies wanted to keep costs down so formed HMO's. Democrats encourage illegal immigration with sanctuary cities and pass the costs onto tax payers.
