Putin's popularity lowers

A Russian journal ,'Nowaja gazieta,' said today that all the newest polls indicate a significant fall of popularity of the Russian parliament, government and - for the first time - president.
The journal gives e.g. results of the poll done by the Public Opinion ( Obszczestwiennoje Mnienije) foundation on 22th and 23th January. According to them, if the elections were held on Sunday 1/23, Putin would receive 42% of all votes.
