goto 1:22-3:59 and listen to Walter Röhrl what he´s saying. It´s translated although some things are off.
Listen close what he predicted and it´s 100% like he said, nearly 40 years after he said that.
Cars driving like on rails, one after another, boring. That we will look back in 20-30 years and think the guy´s of the time back then (like he..)
were maniacs for doing things like that.
He also said:
Direct Translation:
With this car, if you think, you´re to slow. Everything has to happen before it happens. There is that saying, "the feeling in the ass", If you wait
until you feel something, it´s the last time you´ll ever feel something. Intuitive and in advance. When I "accelerate" out from the corner, 4000rpm
and I´ll give 5mm (0.2inch) throttle, the jump from 80-110 is a split second. It´s like a small explosion and has nothing to do with normal
acceleration.
