Sure they do. What truth is Cassandra Fairbanks protecting herself with and what is she protecting herself from? Was she named in the suit?

What concern do you have for the family of Seth Rich? Seems to me that this is progressing to smearing Aaron Rich. Does that give you any pause?

Butowsky had several White House connections, which Wheeler apparently attempted to take advantage of. Wheeler repeatedly asked for a “way onto the Trump team,” saying that quote “I really think I could help him.”

However, his requests for favors and pleas to join the Trump team contradict his current lawsuit, which says Fox News, along with the White House, concocted the story.

The MSM got played....hard. It sounds like Rod Wheeler was hired to discredit and bury the Seth Rich case but i guess he found something out that he didn't like and he turned the tables. A lot of people on Twitter already got red pilled left and right because they allowed #SethRich to trend and it had the opposite effect they intended. I read a lot of tweets going huh? but Seth RIch worked for the DNC and wasnt there something about DWS and the Awan brothers. If Wheeler really pulled all this off to focus the attention on the case again to catch all the persons responsible he is nothing short of a true american hero.

They gonna drop another bombshell on wednesday. The MSM has to report on it now because they brought it up.

What early statement am I contradicting? In the thread about the lawsuit, one of the first things I said is that I was interested in seeing how this develops and that Rod Wheeler has credibility issues. But the fact of the matter is, everyone involved in this debacle has known credibility issues except for the Rich family.

Isn't the premise of Fairbanks post and your OP that Wheeler is lying in the lawsuit and truthful in this audio? How do you decide when Wheeler is to be believed?

I'm listening to the audio right now. Any idea where it comes from? It seems to be cobbled together from several conversations. Hence the "bits."

What he actually says is this (my transcript):

Well, ah, Fox News reporter, Malia Zimmerman, uh had come across an eye uh a witness — a person who was an informant I should say — an anonymous source, who indicated that he knew for a fact, without a doubt, that emails were sent from Seth's computer to WikiLeaks. Now, she notifies me of this informant's information and informs me that this individual is very credible. Okay. That's interesting and this guy worked as a federal investigator, maybe associated with the FBI. Now, if what this guy is saying, then the family needs to know about this and Fox News is going to go with this story and report this on Tuesday of this week.

Then he goes on to say that he remarked to her that it could make sense because he feels like the family is being somehow protecting of the emails. (I assume he means Aaron Rich)

To me, that's a less than reasonable characterization. What he says is that Malia Zimmerman claimed to have a source who claimed to be a federal investigator who claimed to have seen evidence that Seth Rich sent emails to WikiLeaks.

That actually doesn't contradict what he said in the lawsuit at all. Page 20 of the lawsuit:

At no point in time did Mr. Wheeler say that his investigation revealed that Seth

Rich sent any emails to WikiLeaks, nor did he say that the DNC, Democratic Party or Clintons were engaged in a cover-up. In fact, the only purported source saying that Seth Rich sent any emails to WikiLeaks was Butowsky and Zimmerman’s supposed source within the FBI. Mr. Wheeler had never even spoken with this individual, to the extent he or she even exists.

He's clearly stating in the audio that Malia Zimmerman said this source existed — not him. Malia Zimmerman's article as you know was retracted. In that article, she claimed that Mr. Wheeler's investigation had uncovered this evidence. And here is on audio saying that he's got no first hand knowledge of the source before the publication of the article. This also matches what Wheeler told various news outlets on May 16.

What's the takeaway? At no point did Wheeler ever claim to have first hand knowledge of the actual existence of this source nor any of the evidence that was attributed to him. And wasn't FBI involvement in the case flatly denied?

It seems that Ms. Zimmerman hasn't spoken to this mysterious source either. In fact, if you read the lawsuit, it sounds like Zimmerman got her information from Burtowsky who in turn claimed to have "heard about" it from Sy Hersh whose source, if the source existed, is a complete unknown.

So let's recap here.

Sy Hersh may or may not have a source who claimed something, according to Burtowsky, who told this to Zimmerman, who told this to Wheeler. Wheeler discusses it in a audio clip of unknown provenance, and admits quite clearly that he has no first hand knowledge and you twist that into (again) this:

Well your hypocrisy is really staggering at times. You call this thread a circle jerk? You and all your other followers did the exact same thing in one of the other threads pertaining to the Fox law suit but hey it's perfectly fine if you and the others do it. You're just pissed that the next bombshell that should have sinked the Trump administration turned out to be another dud. Seth Richs murder is the only murder that is still not solved after 1 year btw. Let that sink in.
