Demoracy Bypass?

Many have questioned the state of US demoracy, with the introduction of Homeland Security Laws, you could argue that huge tracts of the US Constitution have been well and truely trodden into the sands of history.

Mr Rumsfeld revealed a new Pentagon controlled intelligence system, he values this system above the CIA, dispite the fact there has been a neocon coup at the CIA. There are no laws to govern Rumsfeld`s little gang. American democracy can`t question their activites, if this groups units were caught in another country such as Iran, the US government would be obliged to forget them!

We have long know about Dick Chaney`s private army in Iraq, some 30,000 hired guns, now I know that most are involved in simple security work, but a sizable chunk are involved dirty opps. which regular US forces won`t touch like the assassination of over 400 Iraqi movers and shakers!

When two men control the spending and activities of vast quasi military/intelligence resources which are committed to illegal activities with no recourse to democratic assembly, can we still call the USA a democracy?

Uncanny, this is the first post I have read after just reading a long and thought provoking piece on another site.

Well, it fits in with similar thoughts I have had for a long time.

Well that article is one way of looking at it, most of the points I would agree with in principle, but I would word it differently.

What we have in the West are "clusters" of elite groups, in the main they are center and rightwing. As you move towards the higher end of the elite structure, politics as in left or right loses alot of it`s importance. Thats why the Republican and Democrats share power. Note that in two Bush elections with massive fraud, yet no one wants to touch it, not one Senator would put his name to paper and sanction a recount.

The democracy scam is a control system on the general public, the elite fund the political process, they own and control the media. So we have three areas: Elite, elite politicians and elite media. They construct the agenda, they create problems which they can find solutions to, usually at low cost, or zero cost, really these are just fillers for the public mind. The UK is about to have an election, suddenly lots of "stupid" topics appear, immigration and crime spring to mind, the public must now forget the Blair lies, his treason, the illegal war, US/UK war crimes. A report was released a couple of weeks ago, 26% of all boys commit crime on a regular basis, 1 in 3 men have a criminal record, the report stated that the government would need to build 23 times the prisons it now has, the UK has about 141 prisons, they would need to build a further 3000+ prisons just to lock up the known criminals and thats before they tackle City crime of which 1% is investigated, and only a fraction of that ends in a conviction. Crime is an important "driver" in the economy.

It`s a game of con and lie to the public. The reason why the elite is uping all the controls on public freedom is because the present system is about to collapse, this collapse might be pre-empted by a global cull, which will reduce the population from 6+ billion to about 2 billion leaving the US elite/military to dominate the remaining population/resources. This cull will be blamed on the fake terrorist

I reckon things will start to kick off after the UK election, maybe after this summer, the neocons need another "ignition" event like thier starter event 9/11. Sorry about the rant
