People feeling suppressed by Police and local government. This is where that Australian lady was shot by the cop. Mayor is idiot to use this moment to ask the Chief to step down though.

Yeah, the mayor is an idiot. Where was security? Don't let yahoos have a platform.

These things will continue until there are laws requiring body cameras run all the time on duty. Consequences like no government provided legal defense and personal payout of any liabilities if camera off. Needs to be transmitted real-time to a server that monitors status of camera. If camera is tampered with then immediate termination.

I'm not sure how far that discussion will go, tho.

It doesn't really fit their agenda, which I believe is systemic racism in law enforcement.

There are a lot of points that can be discussed, from immigration, religion, police training and hiring, race, and political ideologies.

There's no 'possibly' about it, the left is a sinking ship and as for the right, every time I see a report that politicians will shut their mouths about Trump till after their elections I have a chuckle because they also seem as though they are clueless as to why he is so popular. Politics as it used to be is dead and those piggies scoffing at the trough on both sides are still unaware that it has.

On topic, if someone came down in the last rain shower and wasn't sure what the left wing stood for, they need only look at the hiring on this offensively unqualified police officer, why he was hired and by whom.
