Ender's Game (the movie)

For those of you who have read the book Ender's Game, you'll probably want to know that there is a movie being made about it.

I don't think the movie will suck, as it's screenplay is being written by Orson Scott Card, and the screenplay writers of X-Men 2.

Can't wait 'till it comes out.

It's interesting that the writers of X2 are on board since Orson Scott Card will be writing the Iron Man comic for Marvel.

According to a member of the movie crew for Ender's Game, they are commencing filmwork on location in New Orleans, Louisiana, starting in February 2012 and going through mid-May 2012. And yes, the flight school "battle" scenes will be included. This is one of my favorite science fiction series ... perhaps this will be the first of a series of this author's movies.

According to publicity quoted on the IMBD website, full casting began in New Orleans on January 14, 2012. The movie will be released March 15, 2013. Here's the IMDB link:
