on the second island there is a trans fender and a pay and spray next to what is like a car dealer ship. it says I can't buy it but i can later, i have beten the game and i still can't buy it, can any one help?

Check out gamefaqs.com...

They have a ton of walkthroughs on there for GTA:San Andreas. I'm still on the first island and just lost the ability to play any videogame for a month, so I'll be on that island for a while...

Love that harrier, tho!

Maybe it's some weird glitch? If I remember correctly, it was part of the storyline. Maybe check out CJ, garage for a red marker. I really don't know.
