God is the biggest threat to mankind

Why is it always God's fault for the wrong that people do? Aren't people responsible for their own actions- whether in organized religions or not. How is it that it's God's fault?

People, as a whole, are not good, period. Some people, by themselves, are good, and some people, by themselves, are evil. To prove my point, how many riots have started due to the winning of a sporting event where people are beaten, shops are robbed, properties are destroyed. That is not due to religion.

Just like all coperations, governments, and organizations, it is the people who control what they do. Just because religion said it, doesn't mean God wanted it that way- man did.

"God" is a crutch for human beings broken psyche's. God is comfort food.

I have a 1 year old son. If I told him every day, day after day, that if he didnt believe something I wanted him to, he would be tortured in a horrible place for eternity, he would believe it. Well thats been going on for eons.

Religion rules by fear and intimidation. People continue to push thier religions out of fear and fear alone. People are scared by nature, and religion fills that gap. Humans are so terrified of religion most cant even fathom NOT believing. They are too terrified to contemplate it.

I will resate I dont have any issue's at all with having a belief in a supreme power or being, thats just fine if it makes you feel good. But religion by nature wants to convert all non believers to follow thier particular faith. Even if it means cruelty, torture and murder. And often it does.

Gods will kills people, many many people. Millions of people.

"God" is not responsible for anything good I do. I am responsible. As I am responsible for any evil I may do. Just me, nobody else.


"God" to me isnt any more real than Santa or the boogieman. And you know what? I bet I live a more wholesome, good life than most people of religion. And its all due to me and my own values.

The nwo controls the universe. I understand the universe as it is and am the only one allowed to because it's the unknowing of that knowledge that broadens its progression. The absolute is separated first and foremost by the last problem it will ever address, politics. God is the first name of God Killing Machine. G.K.M. Is the only secret kept by the universe.

God's real and saying he is the biggest threat to us is like saying a perfect father is the biggest threat to his kids because he can put them in timeout

So what you are saying is that God has killed more people - than anyone in history - in the name of religion? Don't you mean "people have killed"? Doing things in the name of religion does not make it "religious". Jesus went into the temple at Jerusalem (the finest religious establishment of the day) and overturned the tables and told them they were doing wrong and not to do it in the house of God.

Perhaps I misunderstood you but I thought you said you were a Catholic at one time. You must have not understood your religious teachings because hell is not a forever place according to your masters. Hell is just a place to get with the program and then you enjoy heaven forever. So actually you have the best of two worlds don't you? You can do as you like and then get spanked for a little while and join those dummies that played by the book. What is your beef then? You sound like you have a bad deal but everything on this earth has to take turns dying and regardless of religions or not everything takes its turn.

You get rid of religions and you will soon see that the problems are still going to be just as bad as with religions. Turn a gang of atheists loose with no rule book and you will be the first to call for a rule book of some sort and that will soon turn into a religion. You can take that to the bank. Meanwhile go with the flow cause it is not going to get better.

Some people just say things to be offensive towards God, this is isn't because they believe that God has done harm, it is because they are rejecting the Will of God, and thus negative things are said as a result of not following the Will of God.
This action harbors evil inside of mankind and leads to turning away from God. It is a guilty human being trying to place the blame on something other than what is the truth - the next best thing is to blame God for everything since the world was created by God. But in Truth is was God who gave us this earth and all the seeds and fruits and water for us to be nourished, and it is God who loves the creation that has been made for us and loves us, and it is God who will give us life sustaining gifts and help through the Holy Spirit when we follow the Law and Will of God and do not turn away from God.

Lord, King of the Universe, the Father and Mother of all creation in ONE, I am sorry that people talk down against your Name because of ignorance. They have no idea what they are doing, and they do not know the true reason why they are saying the things they say. I personally will not ever speak against your Name and I love you, and although my pain is great and it becomes difficult, I will always try my hardest to walk and act in your Will.

Now, we have people who want nuclear war. We have people who keep wars going. We have people who commit terror. I can't even give my input to this thread because it is too outlandish to even think about, I just came by to stick up for God.

I think God is real. A lot of people don't want to think he's real because he gets in the way of their partying and immoral life styles. I have trouble thinking about absolute non existance when I die. I think we came from somewhere and we go somewhere when we expire, too big of a universe to see it all in one trip.

I don't believe in the worship or deification of a personal, individual soul, god such as Jesus or Yahweh, regardless of any great works that were produced, because the simple truth is that the Holy Spirit is the progressive element working and blessing any great teachers and teachings that are manifested in the chronicle of mankind's journey into the highest plane of existence, for me that is 4th heaven (New Heaven).

I do term the Holy Spirit as my God, and will never change that. But worship of a man or his name is dangerous to the sanctification of the free will once a man comes to the awareness of the imperfection of earth and 3 heavens by the light of imperfect creation and its self evidence of tainted free will in the beginning fields of mankind.

The consequences of such things interrupt the restoration of respects in the soul progression of the entire, generational human family spectrum into the resurrection of life. It is what I'm currently studying and would urge everyone else to do the same, incredible truths are concealed by the real God that is the Holy Spirit.

I will say this, I believe it is very possible that within our lifetime, that their will be a calm, well accepted global transition from the worship of the deity that is Yahweh based on the most simple principles and blocks of reality. That is where my study is leading, while in the perspective and foundation of faith in the fellowship that Christ laid.

It is a life changing and radical transformation that I believe we are heading towards, no matter what reason.

getting rid of religion would change exactly nothing at all. fact is any, and every belief, in anything, and everything is actually pretty much the same. be it a belief in a God, or a belief in animal rights. the real problem is that in believing in something, anyone who believes something different is wrong. and i rather suspect that belief, just as any bias is an unchangeable part of being human. in fact i would say that belief is both a part of, as well as the exact same thing as racism. (think about it, what is racism if not a belief. be it a belief that a certain race is better or worse than another in some aspect. or a belief that a certain race may be predispositioned to act a certain way). and within any belief, there is the exact same chance of people being radicalized in their beliefs. morals and ideals are directly tied to beliefs. again believing in a God and following the moral code and ideals as pert of that belief. where as someone who believes in animal rights also follow a moral code and ideals that stem from that belief. seriously belief, bias, ideals and morals are all really tied together and all parts of each other. and quite frankly without them we would be no different than mindless automations. you might even say mindless zombies.

God is a construct of mankind. Ergo mankind is the biggest threat to mankind.

i easily blame the vatican for failing to liquidate the vast majority of assets and sacrifice its luxuriant empire to feed the hungry, clothe the poor, provide medicine to the sick and insulate the helpless against the tragedies of war, poverty, and disease while also encouraging all of the wealthy stadium preachers around the world to take similar action and inspire equal change in their flocks. organized religion is too expensive for their own philosophies and it fosters a hypocritical spirit that runs rampant around the world.
