So you don't have evidence that he promised to drop sanctions? I'm super shocked to learn this.

The real kicker: Not only do you need evidence that he promised to drop them, but that he did so to obtain oppo research on Hillary.

Yes mike Flynn was caught telling the Russian ambassador TRUMP would drop sanctions!!!

If I tell you to go murder someone and you do, I am still guilty.

The thought Flynn just took it upon himself to totally independently decide for Donald trump, what Donald trump is going to do is laughable..

You don't sell yourself as a hard nosed buisness man who likes firing people and your employees think you can make monumental decisions without his approval.

You should see the way Fox News (Trump TV) Sunday just spent the whole episode ripping trump to pieces, and that is his fan club lol...

That is home turf..

Just imagaine what everyone not a hard core conservative trumkin is thinking right now.

First, other than a scripted reality television series, what makes you think that Trump likes to fire people?

Second, you don't know much about business and leadership, it's obvious. The concept of empowerment is tried and true and definitely something that was taught at Wharton. The days of the tyrant boss have been over for decades. I know I've never worked for one in my lifetime and the way his employees talk about him, he doesn't seem much like a tyrant boss.

No he wasn't.

www.npr.org...

"Flynn talked about sanctions, but no specific promises were made. Flynn was speaking more in general 'maybe we'll take a look at this going forward' terms."

His fan club? You haven't been paying attention if you think that fox news is a Trump fan club. They're a little more fair to him than MSNBC or CNN but they still have a majority of negative coverage when Trump is the subject. Fox is the republican fan club. In case you missed this too: Republicans don't love Trump either.

Whatever..

Previous to the last 3 days and since he won the election it has been Breitbart TV...

They didn't even flip on him until after he lied to hannity and said there were only 5 people in the room.

Once it leaked there was a Russian counter intelligence agent there , how do you defend it honestly in any way other than.

"Hillary is so bad I don't care"??

Fair enough he only hinted at sanctions and didn't say specifically that trump sent him..

I buy NPR..

Maybe not the bullet from the smoking gun, but definately still adds to the time line, if a hair less than I was thinking.

It is still is just one piece in a 1000 piece puzzle that says trump colluded, and the emails make up a big chunk of the picture.

So you halfway beat one piece.. only 999 to go.

See it's not hard at all to admit your wrong about something.....

It's not whatever, it's a fact that even fox has been more negative than positive about Trump, long before the last three days. See here: shorensteincenter.org...

I didn't watch the interview, but I doubt this is what happened. I'll go watch it and see though.

Lol, you really need to lay off your MSM headline diet. This guy isn't a russian counter intelligent agent. He's an american citizen who has lived here for 23 years. Yes, before that he was in counter intelligence for russia. However, today he's a lobbyist... for removing the magnitsky act. So crazy that he was there, right?

"Hillary is so bad I don't care"??

No, usually it's pretty easy to debunk the pandemonium that you guys are selling. But if you want to talk about Hillary and collusion, look no further than the DNC primaries. Or the General election with Hillary and the MSM. But I don't care about hillary, she lost. I may bring her up to point out your double standards but that's about it.

Here's the video, at no point does he put a definitive number on how many people were in the room. Unless somehow I missed it.

He said that was all the information... that's everything..

Then the next day it comes out there were what 4 more people one a Russian counterintelligence agent..

Even the Fox News gurus are saying negotiating behind the kremlins back IS ILLEGAL IN RUSSIA.. and these lobbyists know that.

Appearently the powers that be say everyone in that room was risking EVERYTHING with Russia if they didn't have permission to approach the trump people.

I don't actually know anything personally about Russian politics, but it makes sense..

I would make it illegal for people to pretend they were foreign agents in other countries.

And when did he say that there were only five people? He infers six in the video.
Goldstone

Manafort
Kushner
Lawyer woman

What came out later is the lobbyist you think is a Russian intel guy and who is the eighth?

I don't understand where you're going with this? What does it have to do with anything?

Semantics..

He left out the one most connected to the kremlin.. not the the lawyer isn't too..

So they were giving him info on hillary, and asking him to lift sanctions..

Adoptions =sanctions..

By all accounts it is asking to repeal the M(I'm not even gonna try) act.

Aapearently the lobbiests were breaking Russian Law BIG time by pretending to be Russian agents.

Assuming it was a scam.

It isn't America their citizens can't get away with that.

I have no idea how we let ours...

No tag light on your car is a fine and this is legal?'!!?

How does that work.

The lawyer isn't connected to the Kremlin. In fact, she's represented some pretty big clients against the Russian government. She was the lawyer for pussy riot.

The lobbyist is an American citizen. The only Russians in the room were the lawyer and her translator.

Ms. Veselnitskaya was formerly married to a former deputy transportation minister of the Moscow region, and her clients include state-owned businesses and a senior government official’s son, whose company was under investigation in the United States at the time of the meeting. Her activities and associations had previously drawn the attention of the F.B.I., according to a former senior law enforcement official.

Russian Lawyer Whom Trump Jr. Met Says She Was in Contact With Top Russian Prosecutor
In interview, Natalia Veselnitskaya says she talked with Kremlin-appointed official about U.S. sanctions law

WASHINGTON—The Russian lawyer whom Donald Trump Jr., Jared Kushner and Paul Manafort met last year with the hopes of receiving damaging information about Hillary Clinton says she talked with the office of Russia’s top prosecutor while waging a campaign against a U.S. sanctions law and the hedge-fund manager who backed it.

* - Yury Chaika - Top Prosecutor of Russia
* - Minister of Justice until 2006
* - Prosecutor General of Russia 2006 - present

Natalia Veselnitskaya lobbied to get the Magnitsky Act killed. She claimed they had the wrong information regarding the circumstances that resulted in the act being passed. Given Russian politics a private citizen is not going to take it upon themselves to speak on behalf of the Russian government in the realm of foreign affairs, especially when it deals with the US.

She has links to the Kremlin... She was married to a government minister. She has dealt with the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, who achieved that position by being nominated by the President of Russia.

A lawyer talking to an official is not Kremlin ties. Here's her full statement:

“I am in shock. I’m just an ordinary person. A regional prosecutor is not the Kremlin.

“This is just nonsense.

“You don’t know what to do with your Trump so you are making up stories. That isn’t right. It’s not right to play with people’s lives like this. I have four children. One turned 8 today but I’ve been here all day. [The interview took place at the NBC office in Moscow.] Because someone in America really wants to overthrow their president. Overthrow him, I don’t give a damn. Who gave you the right to come up with this stuff?

“I did not have an assignment from the Kremlin, there were no orders from the government.”

“I didn’t know that Trump would be elected, I didn’t come to them as political candidates, I didn’t come to them to see the son of the possible future president. I came to him as a person who has support in the Republican Party, and because my friend said you can go see him, he’ll let you see him. I’m far from politics, I went to him [Trump Jr.], I went to the Jewish community, because my client is Jewish, I said please get your Congress involved, talk to your congressmen [about repealing the Magnitsky law].

“I do not represent the government. I am a private citizen.”

“I think it was someone who wanted to look like they were a big shot, Goldstone. I think he said he had something very important from the Kremlin to make it look like he is a big deal.”

“We sat and talked to each other for a few minutes and it was clear we were talking about two different things.”
