First, other than a scripted reality television series, what makes you think that Trump likes to fire people?

Second, you don't know much about business and leadership, it's obvious. The concept of empowerment is tried and true and definitely something that was taught at Wharton. The days of the tyrant boss have been over for decades. I know I've never worked for one in my lifetime and the way his employees talk about him, he doesn't seem much like a tyrant boss.

They're a little more fair to him than MSNBC or CNN but they still have a majority of negative coverage when Trump is the subject. Fox is the republican fan club.
