The reality is the black community has brainwashed a ton of liberals to believe there's this white on black crime being perpetuated by cops all across America but the sad reality is it's a tough job and in all honesty until you start preaching to other people in your community that this black on black crime, this selling crack in the streets, this robbing convenience stores, this playing the knockout game against elderly, that carjacking and mugging people, is not the right path to be taking if you want to eliminate stereotypes. You don't want to be profiled? Maybe start acting like positive contributing members to society and the stereotypes and profiling will go away but for now while things are how they are, stereotypes exist for a reason.. And it's NOT WHITE SUPREMECY as many black racists would want you to believe. The black community holds the black community down and then goes and blames it on white supremacy. I've had enough of this inability to look in the mirror.

The right has also been brain washed that police are not a problem and are just heroes with a tough job.

Well it's not that either.

The fact is police in the US are drastically under trained, under paid, and under screened for the incredibly difficult job.

They are just starting to specialize cops in some modern forces so they don't send dumb db Danny to a domestic dispute and he escalates something unnecessarily.

Then there is the same issue teachers have. Unions and Leo's that protect dumb dumb when he does dumb stuff. Like drive over some landscaping drunk, after a booth call.

Cops need a high pay scale and only the basic public outreach policing should be done with the current average training by amicable personalities. When serious things get called in serious Profesional cops should show up. One with a fire arm working properly in tandem with the officer.

Police jobs being hard is not an excuse to put unqualified people in that position.

What makes matters worse is that in many small towns the head of the police (Sheriff) is an elected official who could very well have been the local hardware store manager a week ago.
