Oh all right.
DB, I said already that she clearly wants you around for longer than you'd like. Be thankful for that. You must make her laugh as much as i enjoy you
making me laugh on a daily bases.
I'm currently 265lbs. Have been for 2 years, But i hide it well..
Portion control my friend. Get a measuring cup... preferably one that measures out to one cup. Keep your protein, greens and something not so bad on
starch. Meat, the leaner the better. Greens are good to go. Starches try to keep down... potatoes is a good example.
Salads are good as long as you "Dont drown your food" olive oil and vinegar Good! My favourite Ranch... Bad. Luckily I swapped ranch dressing out for
Salsa. Putting mayonnaise in that tuna..... try salsa, it goes farther. Check the suger content though.
Toggle with spices. Substituting butter sucks, but garlic and fresh herbs do taste better in various cases..
Portions portions portions.. get a food scale. Works with pasta too. When I was committed to portions i dropped 50 lbs in 3 1/2 months.
Do you need 20 chicken wings... or will 1/2 dozen satify.
Once your stomache gets acclimated to the portions, you should be ok. Keep some nuts handy. Good luck.🤗
