The other day at Conformation class a student brought up a question about War. He asked the teacher if its a sin or not for a soldier to kill another
soldier in a time of war. I was totally stumped and had no clue weather its a sin or not. But by being ordered to kill are YOU responsible for your
killings? Your just doing what your told right, by your Superiors. But still the decision is yours to make, to kill or be killed.
Now, What do you think? Do you believe its a sin to kill on the battlefield?
In war, you're being attacked and are defending yourself. You, a soldier, don't have to answer for that as murder. As so many combat vets say, when
you're in the poop, ideals don't matter; all that matters is the guy to your left and right.
I would think any killing is a sin. ''Thou shall not kill'' The bible makes no difference between different types of killing. For that matter it
does not say that one sin is worst then another for example Killing is worst then stealing or using the lords name in vain.
