The thing is that the patterns have been there ... if you are paying attention. I don't listen to a lot of Rush, maybe 30 minutes at a time, but one thing he does is have his people pull from the mainstream press and put together montages where different commentators and anchors across all the different networks and shows will be caught saying the exact same word or phrase within hours or days of each other about a certain story.

It happens too often to be coincidence, and it makes you wonder what's really going on.

Then there's the question of how major news outlets who are supposedly all in competition always have the exact same stories. Recall all those journalism movies about the brave reporters working to get the scoop and report the big story no one else has? How often do we see real scoops at all? It's all the same stories in pretty much the same ways. Even FOX always has exactly the same stuff. Where they made their mark was in reporting it from a slightly different point of view.

Again, it starts to make you wonder ... what's going on that no one is reporting on? Where are the scoops and competition?

To be honest, I watch CNN late night, cause FoxNews is playing re-runs. Plus, I need to know what advertisers to boycott.

But it's not a coincidence; they all share the same bosses, and it's not even a secret.

I really can't understand people who honestly believe in the integrity of journalists and media houses, when they have an owner; a single person, or a group of people aka corporation. Once people acknowledge that fact, once you really understand that these owners are human beings, with their own individual or group interests, everything falls in place.

The competition is dead; as most of media news outlets and newspapers share the same bosses, it's understandable why they all seem to report on the same stories; they're all being given a story upfront, and then they report on it. There's no need for them to do a digging on their own.

It's beyond my mind how can some people believe in good intentions of the media about their Trump witch hunt, and honestly believe that they are doing it for the sake of ordinary American or for the truth its self, and not for the benefit of those who own the media. After all, this is a conspiracy site. I can't understand how can someone be a member of ATS, and yet be so shallow when looking at things.

Investigative journalism is dead, and it's on a global scale. That's what happens when you allow individuals to own media.

There are none anyone, the general public had no interest for them, instead what you have is 'churnalism'. 90+% of media content in the US comes from the newswires AP and Reuters, PR and Advertising companies as journalism has been reduced to a commodity.
