He also said this world became a wicked and a bad place ,and that's
why it have to be neutralize,he just deliver his messages and leave.

This message is consistent with others being received all over the world. The words may change slightly but the message is the same.

Even songs are saying the same thing. (KMFDM comes to mind)

An awakening or reset is supposedly coming or already in motion. This has been happening since at least the 60s if not before.

Those with any type of psychic ability are being given this message.

This follows Native American legends also.

Well, it is either people are stuck in a dream stage of modern age like today probably through matrix like implants.

or refusal to change civilization. Go travel to other countries and see who is more high tech? US seems to be the one stuck in the past. When US wins the war don't expect any change. Seems to me there are people trying to save US, but, US refuse to change by not bringing out the Tech. This goes for Trump leaving Paris agreement and clean tech.

So basically saving US is kind of wrong. The fake modern life style is an illusion.

This is US propaganda to show clean place rather than crappy places in ads such as posters. US does have a lot of ghettos.

I suspect you are receiving guidance from your enlightened soul. Perhaps the man represents your view of the world. The cane represents no religous faith. Does a world without any faith or purpose need to be neutralized. is it all for naught?

This dream started with me and my family was trimming trees in our
garden ,when a branch fall in my neighbors yard,i went to pick up the
branch ,but everything turn into a huge indoor flea market,I was speechless
for a sec,then i went in to have a look and there he was sitting on a directors
chair in front of a big mirror,when he saw me he smiled briefly almost like he
was expecting me.

The lady who owns the flea market came over and talk to me,i told her i have
never seen a flea market look like this,i ask her who was that strange man,she
tell me who he was and translate some of the things he was saying,because i didn't
know what type of language he was speaking ,every time he speak he would tap his
staff on the floor.

When i turn away to leave i started to hear his voice in my head and i was shown
some images,he said things have been the same way for to long and it's time to
shake things up and most people will be a victim of an illusion and no matter how
much you try waking them up to reality most will stay trap in their own illusion,for
brief moment i feel what he was talking about it and it was terrible.

I saw him again this time i was stargazing with a friend late at night
he came out of no where an ask us why we are up so late?my friend
told him nothing wrong with staying up late, he said nothing is wrong
with that,but something is wrong with the world that's why it have to be neutralize
and he walk of into a field.

Less then 2 years from now your dream will come true but will not come true,the message will be told on that day.

I am not sure i know what he mean about the illusion part
but i was shown some images and i did get to experience
some of it.Everyone was bedazzled/hypnotize from something
on their cell phones,some people was even losing their minds
empty shells roaming the streets,so maybe that's what he mean
by illusion.

Dreams with mirrors are what we call transformation dreams.Transformation to what is times decision.

If you had said you was awake or that you thought it was an outer body experience then the mirror would represent a door, a door that you could enter to get to whichever realm you was trying to enter.

Mirrors in dreams is like a time warp, a warp of your destiny being changed very drastically.You will most likely have 2 options... to go through with it or not.

Those dreams most likely come into this time frame under 3 years, choose wisely.
