Power station or....

Interestingly I can't find any power lines coming from here.

The one further down the road looks like an actual power station but where the coords are, there is clearly a dual lane tunnel into the mountain, some wierd structures above it further up the mountain but no clear pipes etc that show water coming down the mountain etc.

Possible DUMB entrance?

That being said. Dont be surprised if there are secret installations along aquaducts and reservoirs 😉
