BLM London, Wheelspins And Burning Bins

One side of the story is a young father was killed by police during a traffic stop. The other side is he swallowed his stash and put up a fight. Bodyworn camera footage would help.

Locals weren't happy about the fires and random damage done to vehicles by vandals on bicycles.

Allegedly there were shouts for people to stop throwing things at police so police could give medical attention to someone in the crowd who was having a fit.

Did the crowd offer medical attention to the injured police?

Of course the crowd didn't help the injured officer. Because BLM wouldn't exist if they didn't constantly spew their intense demonization of law enforcement. They could personally watch a cop, who while saving a group of LGBTQ POC that were babysitting refugee orphans, was left with no option but DEADLY force to stop a black assailant. They would immediately and unequivocally be a murderer to the BLM witnesses.

BLM is just so out of place in the uk and i hope they all tread on lego.

I'm not sure what the British police mindset on that is, but I've actually seen bystanders help an injured officer here in the US when his fellow officers were still trying to contain the situation and couldn't safely attend to him.
Those that rendered first aid to him were absolutely shown gratitude from the department and other emergency services, and received a public thank you from the Chief.
The bystanders were part of the protest where the violence that injured the officer broke out, but had remained peaceful and civil.

Yes, BLM is out of place in the UK. What we have is a bunch of disaffected yoof who think they are Chicago gangstas, bro. They were probably hoping for more mayhem than they got, so they could smash and grab a new TV, just like the last time.

There will be an investigation, but by then the kids would have moved on, or been manipulated to believe that they are victims and "need justice", rather than facing the facts that they are thugs.

It would depend on the circumstances. Policing here has improved dramatically in recent years and many people support the rank and file, as long as they behave themselves. Protestors helping an injured lone cop is not impossible.

True if there are other cops there they'll deal with it themselves.

Wow, I'm sorry to hear that BLM has made it's way across the pond. It's a crock of *#@℅. They don't do anything except incite violence against law enforcement and loot and riot. Anyone who identifies as BLM should be locked up. What's worse is the whites who join in these protests. I am so saddened to learn the death of this man but just as saddened to see the appearance of alleged BLM supporters on our streets. There are so very few "deaths in custody" in this country possibly 1-2 a year and most if not all have been caused either by a pre existing medical condition or the suspects own stupidity i.e. swallowing drugs. BLM are not needed and shouldn't be wanted but with the ease of access to information, up they pop wherever there is some discord to make things worse and pour gas on the fires. Rumours abound now, that Edson had a broken neck, was severely beaten and had brain damage etc all of which have been proven false by the pathologists report released to the parents, although cause of death has still not been established it does show that the Police Officers, so far, are not at fault. The police have stated that he swallowed a large amount of drugs to avoid arrest, this is being disputed by his family & friends who say it was a "small" amount. So not quite the clean cut young father we are lead to believe, whether it was a small amount or large amount of drugs, its possible that his actions alone sealed his fate but of course friends and hangers-on will claim that fact that he was a drug user or even dealer to be irrelevant.

The family and friends will continue to protest and yell for truth & justice, but as so often happens, will only accept it if it fits in with their own narrative. We are such a blame game society now

Overall this type of BS has been festering ever since the Tottenham riots, the level of what is classed as "lower" level crime in these areas is mind bogglingly bad, I find on the whole the Police are very much doing a impossible job..

We are simply reaping what we sow when you give criminals "human rights". The banners showing "no racist Police" are simply absurd, case in point would be they curtailed stop and search in black areas only for knife crime to go through the roof, you now have families crying over their dead youngsters from their community..

This case study is completely logical; the stuff of rational bonafide geniuses, compared to UK BLM's promo events that caught my attention from last year.

Recall the Dallas mass murder shooting at the BLM protest from about a year ago. Now recall how all weekend, instead of stand down as an act of condemnation of what had happened, nope there were even more protests, if anything the most energized protests of the year up to that point (which then continued to escalate about every other week to full blown rioting and open hate crime mob violence atrocities, burnt down gas stations, etc), in response. It seemed obvious to many: BLM across the map marched in celebration of the mass murder of cops.

They had riots in the 1970's and 1980's in the UK. That was because those areas had been completely abandoned by the national government after manufacturing was lost to the Far East and inner city decline started. Those that could leave emigrated to Canada.

The aristocratic families employed black servants. But not as slaves, more as room decoration:
