damn my esdata

i have a mp3 player:uk.europe.creative.com...
one problem i formated it (this is a pen drive as well) and lost a system file called esdata now i cant use it as a mp3 player i get a ! in a triangle sign with a chip next to it

i have all the latest drivers etc and i am grasping at straws please help
