I am afraid that those sittting on all the alien technology and everything alien related will only disclose if their arm is twisted.

People have been murdered, money is made and lives shattered because of these people. They have a lot to explain and maybe sent to jail.

The conspiracy goes deep into the rabbit hole.... All significant nations on our planet must have an agreement which will keep the ordinairy man blind. Have you ever wondered why the president of China, Russia or India never made an official announcement? Why does everybody expect that the POTUS will make it happen? An agreement so sweet that you never hear nations fight about its content. Something simular like what has been agreed upon with antartica. Could the alien question and antartica be connected?

More than likely we hadn't been contacted before because of their version of the "prime directive".

Personally i'd be wary about who is in bed with those declaring disclosure. Those people regardless of species probably don't have our best interest at heart imo. If aliens r like us then there's good n bad.

My opinion is that there's going to be a division between the "good" forces and the "bad".

Someone else mentioned that the ets have been behind the silence... if so then i doubt it was in humanity's best interest.

If Eisenhower was right in not trusting the Nordics and made a treaty with the greys, my thinking is that the Nordics and the greys were working together but instead of conquering us as they originally planned through simple disarmament, we had to take the long way round.

This is pure speculation of course, maybe the Nordics are our space brothers after all...

Still not convinced. Too many evil alien movies after a certain point of painting them in a positive light. Too much deception from "official" sources to believe anything official.

How do we know these humans being introduced by "official" channels aren't genetically engineered? How do we know that the lie is that they've made contact?

Think... they crash landed... reverse engineering is real... living or dead we have their genetic materials...

Just because they're real doesn't mean the governments are above such horrible deception as presenting a test tube creation as "aliens".
