Mind meld, major cities are huge social engineering feats already.

Most people cry about 'socialism', but insist on public schools, fire and police depts., public works as in roads, bridges, sidewalks and parks, mail delivery, emergency response, I won't go into welfare programs, and ignore the biggest gubment welfare bailout in history banks and corporations got in 2008...

Take your blinders off, what you call it, major cities established all over the world, all enslaved to the corporatocracy and their fiat currency paradigm.
