Do you have an official souce that states this was a terrorist attack and the political motivation behind it?

So far I have only seen confirmation that terrorist cops are investigating it as a posssible terror attack.

Why are we not hearing, about a "driver of a van",.. That didn't live, long enough to be arrested? ..these f'n "pedestrians" should've "armed themselves". This must've happened in Europe. Oh wait! As others have said already, I knew this was coming. However, it is quite odd that the white man was captured. Also, isn't it odd he chose the same method of delivery? You'd think if he was out of his mind he'd do something more rash. This was premeditated. It almost MIMICS the exact delivery method of the most recent "attacks".
