Hellloooo ATS

Just a quick question I have been going through some of the CIA's declassified pdf's online,
now i did a search on 'aliens' and it has come up with silly things like;

- marriage to aliens and aliens as a source of intelligence.

www.cia.gov...

www.cia.gov...

Just a few of many, what my question is (i'm from england) is that do they have a name for people
that are not of US nationality and call them 'alien' or is it actually aliens?

I am swayed to believe it is the first?

Didn't Sting sing I'm an Alien, I'm an illegal Alien, I'm an Englishman in New York.

As a Welshman I feel the same crossing the Severn Bridge

In the second document you link to, Page 3 of 4 says "foreigners" so yea I'm going with foreigners (not of the USA) not aliens from space.

Just go to the third page of that document. You will see where it says that and then calls them aliens in the same paragraph.

Think of the Economy. We have to pay to get home.
Mind you, the Bridge is owned by the French. Go figure.

Just had a peek mate, I think most of these reference to Alien's means Foreigners as in Foreign to the United states and not it's citizen's, as part of a field cover an undercover operative may indeed be required to blend and marrying a local woman or man as the case may be, even having children while there spouse is oblivious to the fact there husband/wife is really in this case a CIA spy is sometime's a necessity, the worry for the agency's concerned though be they CIA, NSA (US), British Intelligence, French intelligence of KGB and it's successor's is the fear that there agent's could then be compromise by having divided loyalty's as a result.

Still Star Trek ET and Human marriages happen in the sci fi show's and of course there is the whole idea that some Alien's may actually be HUMAN's from elsewhere including extra terrestrial (indicating a lot of questions about our own true origin need to be asked), extra dimensional and also then there are the Hybrid's or part human's which may be bio compatible with us and potentially therefore could mate with human's with limited success as to viability of offspring.

Alien, simply means: one from somewhere else. It has been used interchangeably with foreigners for far longer than used in reference to extra-terrestrials which is a more apt description of what we typically refer to as aliens.

Thus in America you have aliens (foreigners here) and illegal-aliens (foreigners here who are not supposed to be). Alien sources of intelligence is simply a humint (human intelligence) asset, or someone whom one of our spies or spy-masters is using to gather intel with.

Avoiding any jokes whatsoever about Sting and our sheep friendly brothers across the border (OK just one!). I am assuming you wanted to go through files on the UFO/alien topic.

If you want to dig into the CIA's library of UFO documents then they've kindly assembled them all for you here.

'Alien' is derived from the Latin 'Alienus', so if the so-called "truth" about a cover-up is a lie...remove the word 'lie' from 'Alienus' and what does that leave you with?

It all begins to make sense now!!

U.S. law makes a clear distinction between aliens and immigrants by defining immigrants as a subset of aliens
Illegal Alien or illegal immigrant...just not aliens from outer space, as per the consensus opinion of the posts before mine.

the definition of alien,

[ex
]a·li·en [ˈālēən] ADJECTIVE
1. belonging to a foreign country or nation.
unfamiliar and disturbing or distasteful:
"bossing anyone around was alien to him"
· "they found the world of adult education a little alien"
synonyms: unfamiliar · unknown · strange · peculiar · exotic · foreign · incompatible with · unusual for · opposed to · conflicting with · contrary to · in conflict with · at variance with · out of step with · oppugnant to antonyms: familiar · familiar
relating to or denoting beings supposedly from other worlds; extraterrestrial:
"an alien spacecraft"
synonyms: extraterrestrial · unearthly · otherworldly · Martian · Jovian · Venutian
antonyms: earthly
(of a plant or animal species) introduced from another country and later naturalized.

NOUN aliens (plural noun)
1. a foreigner, especially one who is not a naturalized citizen of the country where they are living: "an illegal alien" synonyms: foreigner · nonnative · immigrant · emigrant · émigré a hypothetical or fictional being from another world. synonyms: extraterrestrial · ET · Martian · Jovian · Venutian · little green man a plant or animal species originally introduced from another country and later naturalized.

back when i was in school, i was taught that the first definition is the most common use of a word, followed by the next and so forth. to jump immediately to extraterrestrial, ( if i'm not mistaken is what most reports of a government nature use) would be disregarding that rule.

The photo archives at one of the major NASA research centers has a catalog of negatives listed by image number, date, and subject. Some of the entries I saw included descriptions like "French visitors" and "German visitors." The pictures themselves usually showed groups of men in business suits touring various facilities with NASA officials. I noticed several entries for images that were simply listed as "alien visitors." When I looked at these photos, they were just more pictures of foreign-looking guys in suits, their countries of origin lost to history because no one bothered to record the details of their visit.
