Not even close. Basically, people would have to launch massive legal, start to surround each other, and what I recommend is passing the hat for Private Investigators on all of them and the judges to destroy paying close attention to all those ritual dates.

Ok, so what happens when you are working with a gender fluid person, one day they identify as a male and you refer to him as 'he', two days later he is having an identify as a woman day, you don't know this, coz it is how he is feeling, you refer to him as 'he', coz that was a-ok two days ago. But now you offended him and you are hauled over the coals in a work disciplinary and may be faced with jail time for hate speech? ARE YOU KIDDING??? This insanity needs to be reigned in. All this is going to do is make people avoid talking to gender fluid people in case they inadvertently get the wrong terminology and land themselves in deep doo-doo.

Refer to them as "your fluidity, your uncertainness, your dewdropship" or just maybe "hey $h**head." I vote for the last as it would suffice for all those infected with whimsical gender identities.
