EU opens legal case against Warsaw, Budapest and Prague over migration

The European Commission launched a legal case on Tuesday against Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic for refusing to take in asylum seekers, ratcheting up a bitter feud within the 28-nation bloc about how to deal with migration.

The eurosceptic, nationalist-minded governments in Poland and Hungary have refused to take in anyone under a plan agreed by a majority of EU leaders in 2015 to relocate migrants from frontline states Italy and Greece to help ease their burden.

The Czech Republic, another ex-communist central European state, initially accepted 12 people but has since said it would not welcome more.

Here we have a clear example of left-wing authoritarianism occurring in Europe. Even though these countries, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic, do not agree to accepting "Muslim immigrants" aka "refugees" that come from all the ME into their countries, the rest of the EU nations think they have a right to mandate what these countries can, and cannot do.

We have seen how the wave of immigrants from the Middle East, have caused chaos, and violence throughout Europe. But any nation that decides not to accept these "refugees" and are part of the EU will be sued by the rest of Europe.

Exactly, well said. Even with SEVERE sanctions, they will EASILY do better than all other EU nations combined in the long run, without a shadow of doubt. Try being prosperous with a Muslim majority, good luck with that.

What idiots decided it was a good idea to take in millions of perfectly fit economic refugees that should instead be working to make their own countries a better place? Why is it Hungary or Polands responsibility to take care of economic migrants from Africa? Who decided that? Do you have any idea how many migrants there potentially could be?
