Because thats what it would look like if the DOJ did after the events that took place. Politics is as much about how things appear as it is about how things are.

I've been riding this Clinton roller coaster for too many years, I don't hold any great hope of justice. (maybe a little way down in the corner somewhere)

Their corruption goes so far back and is so deep and I firmly believe they accelerated the corruption in DC (on both sides of the aisle), shoot Comey was a part of the Whitewater investigations that found nothing and then he's head of the FBI protecting her, I just think there are too many paid and scared people on the Clinton crime syndicate logs.
