You need to understand what you are seeing there, and remember that Amaq is daesh's news agency.
The burning vegetation shows you they did not target peoples houses, and even if they did everything is made of stone, cement and mud brick stuff. It
does not burn down from wp. They are just laying down smoke for cover. Laying down a smoke screen does not constitute an air strike either, just in
case anybody was thinking of drawing that connection.
The injuries to human flesh is catastrophic and quite apparent. The injured man and people in that triage center are not burned by wp, it appears to
be injuries or casualties from air strikes and/or ground fighting.
Nobody denies white phosphorus is being used, but it is a legitimate support mechanism for tactical advances by ground troops. It is not even designed
to be effective to target people for mass casualties unless you just drop it into a large crowd or gathering like massive street protests or concerts
or something, which has obviously never been the case.
Hopefully the enemy has been denied thermal imaging, which would somewhat render wp use in vain. But after seeing the equipment and devices they have
made themselves from scratch, their is no telling what is in their inventory.
