The FBI doesn't give me their evidence. But that doesn't mean they don't have it. They're not doing this to waste time or even to get trump as some think. I don't think you do but there are some who think that's what this is all about.

I'd say he was speculating as to the hacking allegations and who may have undertaken such dastardly shenanigans against the government of the United States. Like I said before, Putin is ex-KGB, he and his government are watching the US like a hawk, and has been for quite some time - of that you can bet your bottom dollar.

Now, allegations of election interference, and what that interference was exactly and who it effected, is a paramount requirement, a fundamental piece of the puzzle.

Spying, surveillance & reconnaissance does not equate to interference in elections - interference is another animal altogether.

Evidence of election interference, that's what required in order to lift this allegation out of the hoax-bin and into the realm of reality.
