There are lots of accounts of reptilans from ancient times until today. For example, I recently saw an interview with a Christian which divulged that while discussing abortion with a Oslo priest, the priest's head suddenly changed into a serpent for some seconds. Now, this guy thought he had met the devil or a deamon, and was not the David Icke type at all, but I believe him. I believe that he met a reptilian and not the devil though. Funnily, the "Serpent Park" in my post video, is also placed Oslo, perhaps Oslo is serpent HQ?

Not sure why, but I came across a old interview with David Bowie on the Dick Cavett show while reading this post.

The title is David Bowie High on Coke...kind of misleading when the direction of the show takes an interesting turn.

About 0:58 into the video Dick asks Mr. Bowie what is Black Noise, but why would Dick Cavett ask this? Then at 1:20 into the interview it gets a bit spooky when Bowie looks into the camera...

umm... he would ask it because David bowie had talked about it before, and because he researched his guests beforehand so he would have stuff to ask them? Thats... that's really not hard to understand.
And yes, he glanced at the camera. Multiple times. Much like every other guest on every other TV show ever. People look at the camera. It means nothing, nor is it spooky.

There are a few frequencies in the ancient Solfeggio Scale. It was interesting to note our change from the melodic tuning from 432hz to 440hz back in the 50's. I wonder if our 'DNA repair' frequency at 528hz may be the key. As an hypothesis to cancel any given frequency, you need the same frequency at the same amplitude at 180 degree phase offset. I always find those acoustic frequency pattern experiments rather peculiar as well.

let me clarify for you when Bowie looked at the camera while describing such a weapon I found it spooky. You find it anyway you like, but you cannot tell me how I felt about it nor can you insist that is wrong or ridiculous it is a matter of opinion...

I never once insinuated there was a deeper conspiracy involving reptilians as you have that is ridiculous. What I did do is add some information about a sonic weapon.
