God did.
Through many men.
Pretty simple.

Simple answers for simple minds.

Scientifically, this does not make any sense.

Faith: Belief without evidence in what is told by one who speaks without knowledge, of things without parallel.

Was hoping to see your smart posts again.
Agreed.

Believing by faith and not by sight is one of the greater fundamental mistakes with religion...and in this case, Christianity.

Oh heya Reya! I'm blushing, smart posts...you are too kind! Ditto of course.

While I'm here I might as well plunk down another quote:

Religion. A daughter of Hope and Fear, explaining to Ignorance the nature of the Unknowable.

Ambrose Bierce

Another plot twist:

God can create an apparition of a hand to write what he wishes on the king's wall (which in this case, was the number of days before the kingdom fell) in Daniel chapter 5. And of course, conveniently, Daniel is the only one who can interpret its meaning. (Because he's this cool, awesome magical fella that can interpret dreams and such...smh.) If God can write, why could he not author his own book?

Imagine all the time that could have been saved by not having to second guess which of the prophets were legitimately talking to God. Especially if a godly hand could simply manifest itself like in Daniel. If God wanted, he could have made this manifestation of a hand appear in every nation, delivering 'his word' in any or every language.

But it doesn't. Because it's not real. No scientific evidence.

The Bible also does not mention any of our ancient ancestors. It doesn't mention Neanderthals. As we continue to uncover these ancient remains, people cannot explain why it isn't mentioned anywhere in the Bible?

The bible was written by men. Men who wanted divine power to rule the masses. Neanderthals were long gone in the days of the bible's infancy, thus the actual writer's of the bible didn't know of their existence.

Or....God didn't think is was important to mention?

But we can sure as hell bring up nephilim giants!

Thanks!

And I really like these quotes you're posting! I'm going to do some additional reading into this Ambrose Bierce!
