An independent group investigating the July 2016 murder of Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich is suing the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) and Democratic Mayor Muriel Bowser for information connected to the murder investigation. The Profiling Project filed the lawsuit in D.C. Superior Court Wednesday morning, asserting that MPD has mismanaged the murder investigation. The group said that MPD’s stonewalling is unjustified.

It does appear there is a lot of evidence that has
not even been looked at, which is in itself strange.
The fact that the DNC has a handler on the family
is suspicious as well!

But, is the investigation even over? You can't just demand the police turn over their files if the investigation is on going.

Good luck with that lawsuit.. From what I have heard even his laptop disappeared while in the police or FBI possession. There are to many things in this case that even to a casual observer stinks of coverup and corruption...

They can be sued for the records,
Whether they win or not remains to be seen.
You don't find it strange that there is video
surveillance that remains unseen?

Not only strange, but quite telling. If the video confirms "robbery gone wrong" it would be all over the news to put it all to rest. Something is going wrong and I don't think it was the mur...er, robbery of Seth Rich...
