I am not saying that their unlimited budget is there to save any of us, it is only for them and their momentary needs.
The FBI works with such budget, if they need to clean up an area or anything that instantly needs cash flow, they use a black cheque book that literally can write any amount and its paid. Yet it has no payment origin.
It seems we all think that money really accounts for all the digits in the world, it really does not.
