This is no different than back in the 1990's when affirmative action gave special treatment to "people of color" when hiring. It is racism-simple.

It seems as though we have too many people with little education who think that they understand the world not knowing what they don't know about unintended consequences of mixed or multiple cultures. Carrying your arguments further, we can say that only Jewish people can use Einstein's equations but only English can use calculus. But Einstein was German-born so Germans could also use his equations and he was working for the Swiss Patent office when he came up with relativity, so the Swiss can use those. Leibniz also independently came up with Calculus, so the Germans could use his version, subject to inspection by the International Calculus Commission. The cases will be in the International Courts of Cultural Appropriations for centuries

The people who the took the info from were not Coke and Pepsi. They were small restaurants and in Mexico it literally can be a women making these and selling them from her home.

They did not steal a "secret". They went to many different places and watched and pieced the process together of how to make tortillas. One of the women supposedly reverse engineered the process back in Portland.

This is a none issue, just like white people making any diff kind of food or "people of color" making food their culture did not invent.
